Terms of Use

Respawn Mail is a Windows Mail module in Respawn Companion with an iCUE widget interface, provided by Respawn Icons.

Permitted use

Connect only accounts you are authorized to access. You may view, search, read, mark mail read or unread, and move mail to Trash. Sending, composing, replying, and forwarding are not provided by the widget; use the Open in Gmail button to use Gmail's own features. Do not bypass access controls or use the application unlawfully.

Your computer and providers

The Companion Mail module must be running for the widget to work. Gmail and sign-in require an internet connection to Google. Google's availability, consent policies, limits, and terms apply. Respawn Icons does not control Google or guarantee uninterrupted access or notifications.

Message actions and display

Opening mail marks it read. Other mailbox changes follow your actions. Trash is a real Gmail action; use Gmail to restore messages. Complex layouts and unsupported attachments may require opening Gmail. Verify important information there. External images are optional and may reveal opening activity and your IP address to their hosts.
